age restrictions and licence requirements
	Minimum driver age is 21, maximum age 75 for rental. Drivers under 23 will be subject to a surcharge of GBP 16.50 per day. Drivers aged between 23-24 will be subject to a surcharge of GBP 8.25 per day. Drivers must be 25 to drive standard, full size, Intermediate and full size automatic cars and minivans. Drivers must have held a full national licence for at least 1 year and must have photocard and endorsement sheet. International licences are not accepted if issued in the UK. If using an international licence in the uk it can only be used up to 12 months of residency in the uk. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. There may be certain restrictions if the driver has endorsements on their licence.
	fuel conditions
	You will be required to leave a fuel deposit of GBP 50. Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel charged at local rates will be debited from your deposit.
	general restrictions
	Cars may be taken out of the United Kingdom to EEC countries only. You must purchase European Roadside Assistance Cover of GBP 50 from our car rental partner. There is a surcharge of GBP 21.15 per day to take cars to mainland Europe. Cars may be taken to the Republic of Ireland free of charge, Roadside Assistance Cover must still be purchased. We must be notified prior to your rental. A congestion charge of GBP 5 per day will be charged if driving in the 'Inner Ring Road' which links Euston Road, Pentonville Road, Tower Bridge, Elephant & Castle, Vauxhall Bridge Road, Park Lane and Marylebone Road. Out of hours drop off - Marble Arch only. You must park the car in NCP car park (charge applies). Leave keys and ticket in letterbox by gate.
	insurance details
	You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of GBP 400 which will be debited from your deposit. The holiday autos damage excess refund product, if purchased at time of booking, will cover you for damage excess that you may be charged in the event of an accident (subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).
	picking up your car
	You will be required to leave a deposit to cover the insurance excess and fuel in the form of cash, cheque or credit/debit card Monday to Friday only subject to equifax check. The amount will be held on your credit/debit card. If leaving a cash/debit card deposit you will be subject to an Equifax check, two telephone references must also be supplied. Cash/debit card deposits are not accepted on Sundays or Public Holidays unless an Equifax check is carried out in advance. Cash deposits require the lead driver to be over 25 years. Credit/Debit cards must be in the name of the lead driver. Two additional forms of identification (not including your licence or credit card) will be required.
	your personal details
	The personal information you give us is used to process our booking with our car rental partners and to provide you with your rental voucher. E-mail and mobile phone details will not be passed to any third parties or used for other purposes without your prior knowledge.
